Lawyer-Recruitment.co.uk is a specialist directory of legal recruitment agencies serving the UK and selected international markets. It is designed to help law firms, in-house legal teams and legal professionals identify agencies working in the part of the market relevant to them.
How the directory works
Visitors can search by agency name or browse categories such as permanent recruitment, locum support, in-house legal recruitment, local authority work, paralegals and legal support roles. Visitors then contact the agency directly. We do not charge visitors to search the directory and we do not act as an intermediary for enquiries sent to another agency.
Free agency listings
Legal recruitment agencies can apply for a free listing. There is currently no paid or premium listing scheme. Inclusion is subject to review, and we may ask for information needed to confirm that an applicant provides legal recruitment services.

Ownership and featured agencies
The directory is operated by the Ten Percent Group. Ten Percent Legal Recruitment and Interim Lawyers are businesses within the same group and are displayed in clearly marked featured positions. Their placement is based on common ownership rather than an independent ranking.
Other directory profiles are organised using the same searchable categories. Agencies do not need to pay to appear in the directory.
Accuracy and impartiality
The directory is intended as a starting point for research. A listing is not an endorsement, accreditation or guarantee. Agency services, personnel, office locations and terms can change, so visitors should confirm current information directly before instructing an agency or providing personal information.
Agencies are encouraged to notify us if their profile needs correcting. We may amend, suspend or remove listings that appear inaccurate, inactive or no longer relevant to legal recruitment.
